Through our efforts to achieve this goal, we hereby state that we are fully aware of the importance of the information we handle, and that we must comply with the applicable Japanese laws and regulations regarding privacy protection, for proper handling of your personal information.

Scope of The Company’s privacy policy

Our privacy policy is applicable to the following purposes of use, which are the cases when the Company may wish to obtain your personal information. For any other purposes than stated below, the Company will indicate the purpose of use before requesting the information.

5) Cases in which the handling of personal information is necessary for cooperating with a state organization, local government, or an individual or a business operator entrusted by either of the former two in executing the affairs prescribed by Japanese laws and regulations and in which obtaining the consent of the user is likely to impede the execution of the affairs concerned.

The Company will take the necessary and proper security measures when handling personal information, in that it should safeguard against leakage, loss, disclosure, abuse, or any other potentially damaging cause.

Others

To further protect personal information, The Company shall revise its Privacy Policy in keeping with the revision or change of Japanese local laws or other rules. Revised information will be disclosed via The Company’s web site.
