A high-grade, large- diameter sapphire, from Japan to the world
We produce the world’s largest class of sapphire boules, which are over 100 kg.
By growing crystals from melt we have realized a high-grade crystal, with less distortion.
This sapphire can support large aperture substrates of high yield 6-inch wafers.

According to customer specifications, we will process the sapphire material in our group companies.

Main processing includes the following:

・Sapphire cylinder coring

・Cylinder, both-ends cutting

・End surface grinding

・Cylindrical grinding

・Oriented flat processing

・Wafer processing

All of the above processing are supported in 2-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch wafer sizes.

We can design the material in accordance with customer’s specification.
